Exchange

Camp ‘n Travel will exchange products that are the wrong size, unsuitable etc, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
No exchanges will be accepted without prior approval from Camp ’n Travel.
All goods must be received by Camp ’n Travel within 7 days of original delivery. All freight costs associated with the exchange will be the purchaser’s responsibility.

Returns

Goods may be returned for credit or refund.
The goods must be in their original packaging, unused and in new condition.
The goods must be received back to Camp’n Travel within 7 days of original delivery.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Camp ‘n Travel.
All freight costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
If a dispatch error has been made, Camp’n Travel will cover all freight costs.

Warranty

All our goods carry a manufacturers warranty of at least 12 months and in a few instances 5 years.
Any product found to be faulty within the warranty period can be handled by the manufacturers local agent or can be returned to us after contacting us by email. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Products will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion.
All freight costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery Times

Freight will be dispatched – wherever possible – within 5 working days of receiving a customers order and clearing their funds.
If there is a delay beyond this Camp ’n Travel will notify the customer by email.

Customers details are kept confidential and are only used in the processing and delivery of orders.
All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal, the leading secure internet checkout provider, ensuring your card security.
