PAYMENTS
Products can be paid for by credit card (MASTERCARD or VISA), cheque or direct deposit.

1. Direct Deposit
Payments can be made directly into our account. ‘CONTACT US’ with your order and request and we will email the Bank Account details.

2. Cheques
Payments can be made by cheque. ‘CONTACT US’ with your order and request and we will email the details.
Your order will be held for 5 working days from receipt of the cheque to allow funds to clear at the bank.

3. Credit Card
We accept payment by Mastercard or Visa.
All transactions are processed through ‘PayPal’ – the leading secure internet checkout provider – ensuring your card security.

FREIGHT
Camp ’n Travel uses Australia Post as the primary shipping agent.
All shipments are sent by ‘Registered Post’.
Freight is based on weight and your location and is automatically added to your purchases – so the final cost of a shopping cart is inclusive of freight and registering.
Any shortages or damage to the packages must be recorded on the ‘delivery docket’ and reported to Camp ’n Travel within 2 working days.
Any non-delivery in the expected time frame should also be reported.

Products over 20KG or of large dimension i.e. Double Swags, Large Tents, Gazebos, Fridge/Freezers, Xtra Large Chairs, Large Iceboxes etc will be freighted by TNT.
TNT will not deliver to a P.O. Box Address and if at all possible prefer a business delivery address or pick up from the nearest TNT Depot, rather than a residential address. This is to ensure that the delivery can be made, as if no one was home at a residential address it would have to be re-delivered later and may incur a $15 re-delivery fee.
Any shortages or damaged packages should be recorded on the delivery docket and reported to Camp ’n Travel within 2 working days.
TNT occasionally have remote area surcharges but the customer will be informed of this prior to shipment.

DELIVERY TIMES
Freight will be dispatched – wherever possible – within 5 working days of receiving a customers order and clearing their funds.
If there is a delay beyond this Camp ’n Travel will notify the customer by email.
